Yes, but for security reasons you cannot change your registered mobile number or email address yourself through the account settings. You need to contact 777cm support at support@777cm.click with your account details and the new contact information you want to use. Our team will verify your identity and update the details for you, usually within 24 hours.
To permanently close your account, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion and select "Permanent Exclusion." Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to you via your last-used payment method before the account is closed. Alternatively, email support@777cm.click requesting permanent closure and our team will process it within 24 hours. Note that permanent closure cannot be reversed — if you are simply looking for a break, consider a cool-off period instead.

If your deposit was declined, first check that you have sufficient balance in your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account. Also check that the mobile number linked to your 777cm account matches the one registered with your payment method. If the issue persists, try a different payment method. Withdrawals
Login to your 777cm account and go to the Withdrawal section in your account dashboard. Select your preferred payment method, enter the amount you wish to withdraw and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method you most recently used to deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Once you confirm, the processing begins immediately.
Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals also process within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals take longer — usually 1 to 3 hours during business hours, though overnight and weekend requests may take until the next working day. 777cm processes withdrawal requests as fast as the receiving payment network allows.

No. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Winnings generated by bonus funds also cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is complete. Your real money balance (non-bonus funds) can always be withdrawn at any time, subject to the Rs 500 minimum.
