Terms and Conditions — 777cm Pakistan Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 777cm platform, accessible at 777cm.click and through any related mobile interfaces. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any service offered by 777cm, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

777cm is operated as an online betting and live casino platform serving Pakistani players. All transactions on 777cm are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms are written to be as clear as possible — if you have any question about a specific clause, please contact our support team before using the platform.

These Terms apply to all products on 777cm including sports betting (PSL, football and other sports), live casino games (Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Roulette), Aviator and all other card and slot games available on the platform.

To open and use a 777cm account you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777cm does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit or participate in any betting or casino activity on the platform.
• You must be a real, natural person acting on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of another person, or using another person's identity or payment details, are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a current email address.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 777cm account. Each person is permitted only one registered account.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list registered with 777cm.

777cm reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to CNIC copies, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts where verification cannot be completed to 777cm's satisfaction may be suspended pending resolution.

Your 777cm account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials. You must not share your login details — password, OTP codes or any other authentication information — with any other person, including family members.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 777cm recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication options. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 777cm support immediately at support@777cm.click.

Account holders must notify 777cm promptly if any of their registered personal details change, including mobile number, email address or payment account details. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or completing account verification.

777cm reserves the right to close any account at any time where these Terms have been breached. In cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse or account sharing, 777cm may freeze account access pending investigation and may withhold funds until the investigation is concluded.

All transactions at 777cm are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion requirements or hidden exchange rate charges. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa — minimum deposit Rs 200, withdrawals processed within 15 minutes
• JazzCash — minimum deposit Rs 200, withdrawals processed within 15 minutes
• NayaPay — minimum deposit Rs 500, fast digital wallet transfers
• SadaPay — minimum deposit Rs 500, fast digital wallet transfers
• Bank IBFT — minimum deposit Rs 1,000, withdrawals processed within 2 business hours
• Visa / Mastercard (Pakistani bank-issued) — minimum deposit Rs 500

The maximum single deposit is Rs 500,000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. 777cm reserves the right to adjust deposit and withdrawal limits based on account verification status and activity history.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for deposits on the same account. You cannot withdraw to a different person's account or a payment method that does not match your registered identity. 777cm charges no withdrawal processing fees on any method.

777cm offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL season promotions, referral bonuses and other time-limited offers. The specific terms applicable to each promotion are published alongside the offer itself and form part of these Terms.

General rules applicable to all 777cm bonuses:

• All bonus offers are available to players aged 18 and above with a fully verified account in good standing.
• Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in its specific terms — typically between 20x and 35x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus wagering that meet the requirement are withdrawable as real money.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on certain game types (for example, some live casino tables with low house edge) may contribute a reduced percentage towards wagering requirements. Specific contributions are listed per game type in the individual bonus terms.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time per 777cm account. Accepting a new bonus while an existing one is active will result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• 777cm reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms or disqualify any player who is found to be abusing promotional offers. Abuse includes but is not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, placing bets on all outcomes of a market using multiple accounts, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay.

These rules apply to all sports betting markets at 777cm including PSL cricket, international football, and all other sports markets available on the platform.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed — the odds shown at confirmation are the contractual odds for that bet. Once a bet is confirmed by 777cm, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player except through the cash-out feature where available.

• Void Bets: A bet is void if the event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time. Void bet stakes are returned in full to the player's 777cm balance.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. During periods of system latency or connectivity issues, in-play markets may be temporarily suspended. Bets placed during suspension periods will be voided and stakes returned.
• Obvious Errors: In cases where odds are published due to a manifest error — for example, a clear pricing mistake resulting in odds substantially outside the normal range — 777cm reserves the right to void affected bets. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Result Determination: All PSL match results are determined by the official result declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). International football results are determined by the governing body of the relevant competition. Bets on PSL markets settle on the official result inclusive of any DLS method applied.
• Cash-Out: The cash-out feature allows players to settle a bet before the event concludes. The cash-out value is calculated by 777cm based on current in-play odds and is final once accepted. Cash-out may be unavailable during certain periods of in-play activity.

These rules apply to all live casino products at 777cm including Live Baccarat, Live Andar Bahar, Live Roulette and all other live dealer games available on the platform.

777cm's live casino games are delivered by certified third-party game studios using physical cards, wheels and dealing equipment in professionally managed studio environments. All game outcomes are determined by physical randomness — not by computer algorithms — and are streamed live to your device in real time.

• Disconnection During a Round: If you are disconnected from the live stream during an active round and cannot reconnect before the round concludes, the bet will stand and the result will be settled according to the actual outcome of the round. 777cm is not liable for disconnection due to your internet connection quality.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction or studio technical failure that prevents the round from completing, all bets placed in that round will be voided and stakes returned. 777cm will notify affected players.
• Table Limits: Each live casino table at 777cm has published minimum and maximum bet limits. Bets placed below the minimum or above the maximum will be rejected. Table limits may vary between standard and VIP tables.
• Andar Bahar Specific: In the event the deck is reshuffled mid-session, any round in progress at the time of the reshuffle will continue using the pre-shuffle deck. Side bets on Andar Bahar are subject to the specific side bet rules displayed at the table.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777cm and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering using false, borrowed or stolen identity information.
• Operating more than one 777cm account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in any non-manual way.
• Any form of collusion with other players, dealers or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit known or suspected system errors or software bugs for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error will be forfeited.
• Money laundering or using 777cm to conduct any financial transaction related to illegal activity.
• Engaging in or assisting any form of match-fixing or spot-fixing relating to any event available for betting on 777cm.
• Systematic bonus abuse including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or organising groups of players to exploit promotional terms.
• Charging back deposits through your payment provider. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and legal recovery of funds where applicable.

777cm is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player wellbeing seriously. The platform provides the following tools to every registered player at no cost and without any waiting period:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts directly from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases take 48 hours to apply.
• Session Time Alerts: Set alerts to notify you when you have been active on 777cm for a specified period of time.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum permitted losses per day, week or month. Once the limit is reached, betting is automatically suspended until the limit period resets.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777cm platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify or create derivative works from any 777cm content. Any unauthorised use of 777cm intellectual property will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action.

777cm is not liable for any loss or damage arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, mobile network failures, device malfunctions, third-party payment provider delays or force majeure events.

777cm's total liability to any individual player for any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the incident. 777cm is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Betting and gaming involve financial risk. By using 777cm, you acknowledge that you may lose the PKR you wager and that 777cm makes no guarantee of any profit or return on any bet placed. It is your responsibility to ensure you are making informed decisions when placing bets and that you are only wagering amounts you can afford to lose.

777cm reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 777cm will provide notice to registered players via the email address on their account and/or via a notification on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect 14 days after notification for material changes, or immediately for minor corrections and clarifications.

Your continued use of 777cm after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
